Work order received just one day prior to deployment of 9 Supervisors and 97 guards. Cyclops team worked throughout the night and were able to deploy all individuals.

Frantic communication received from Chief Security Officer regarding immediate armed manpower for mob control, personal protection and asset protection, as Haryana Police and G4 had declined to cooperate. In 24 hours 75 PSOs and armed guards were mobilized. MD and team personally present during deployment, guiding the personnel and assessing situation along with security team of Suzuki. Situation was controlled.

Company approached by Army Welfare Placement Organization for immediate meeting with Vice President Arcil. During briefing, told about rampant pilferage, theft and sabotage of Thermal Plant at Chandwa (Jharkhand). Same day, Officer flown to the site for carrying out Threat Assessment and Security Audit. Written report submitted. Requirement for armed ex-servicemen suggested. Personnel mobilized within 4 days. Within 3 days of placement of personnel carrying out patrolling of 480 arces of area, laying ambush and spot checking within the perimeter, no further incidents have been reported. Aggregated loss to the Company before we took over, was approximately 600 Crores.
